Brisbane Oktoberfest & My First day at school
Sep 28 th, i sent juu off at the restaurant to work, they needed only one person to work today. So, i went to check Brisbane Oktoberfest out while waiting for juu finish work. This festival held at the park not far away from the restaurant. It cost 10 AUD for the ticket but i didn't pay any dollars lol. It was on Sunday and not many people there. It was about 6 pm. when i got there and the festival would end around 7 pm. I thought if it's worth to pay 10 AUD juz for an hour. Then, the woman at the ticket booth told me that i could entrance with no ticket :) She probably thought that atleast i would buy some beer inside and yes i did. it cost me 8 AUD for a cup of beer and i also bought a pretzel.It was a good day to chill.
Sep 29 th, My first day at school went quite well. I had placement test and i got 'upper intermediate' level, not bad eh? :) My class begin at 8.45 am and finish at 3.30 everyday. In the afternoon, i can choose the elective class. That's mean i can attend any class that i interested in everyday. I chose 'writing skill' for tuesday. Most students in my class are korean, chinese, japanese and brazilian and one from zchech republic.
Sep 30th, Second day at school, it was good and i enjoyed it. I saw some other students who came from france at the writing class. i chose this for elective class cuz i want to improve my writing skills. Tomorrow i will attend independent learning class for an elective. Hope it will be fun. I went to work after school, not many customers today. it had dinner for free there, they cooked "som tam cucumber', chickhen wings and 'tom yum pla' with sticky rice. i loved it! After finished work, my colleague drove me home :) Ps. i gotta go to sleep now, so i'll check all ur diary later xx
